About our Agency:
Our agency opened in 2005 and is a close-knit team of four built on a strong foundation in financial services. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the financial services industry, bringing a customer-focused and solutions-driven approach to the business.

For our team, we offer a 401(k), reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. Our schedule reflects that, with a 9:00 AM-4:30 PM workday, shorter hours on Fridays, and an overall ~35-hour workweek.

We’re looking for someone who is motivated, driven, and able to take ownership of their role - someone who thrives in a low-pressure environment while still producing strong results.

Role Description:
Join our State Farm Agents office as a customer-focused professional who enjoys both sales and service. This is a sales-driven role with the added benefit of working with clients we assign you to service, so you’ll build relationships and deliver coverage guidance every day.

What You’ll Do:
  • Follow up with leads and contact prospective customers to support new business growth
  • Service existing clients assigned by the office (policy reviews, questions, and updates)
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate State Farm products
  • Provide timely, accurate information and maintain organized client records
  • Work with the team to meet performance goals while delivering excellent customer service

  • Strong follow-through and attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and professionalism when working with customers
Qualifications:
  • Prior insurance or sales experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to obtain/maintain required licensing
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
