Our agency opened in 2005 and is a close-knit team of four built on a strong foundation in financial services. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the financial services industry, bringing a customer-focused and solutions-driven approach to the business.

For our team, we offer a 401(k), reimbursement for licensing costs, and a strong emphasis on work-life balance. Our schedule reflects that, with a 9:00 AM-4:30 PM workday, shorter hours on Fridays, and an overall ~35-hour workweek.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Steve Whitley - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
